She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Bernice Berger; her children, Bambi Derr (Randolph) of Arizona, Tammi Hughey (Travis) of Navasota, Rachel Lancaster (Raymond) of Greenville and Gilbert Mauer (Kim) of Boerne; and her siblings, Doris Schlenker (Austin) of Victoria, Homer F. Berger (Betty) of Yoakum, Bob Berger (Sharen) of Bay City, Clay Berger (Paula) of Yoakum and Jimmy Berger (Sandy) of Yoakum. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
