She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan James Rouse and Gladys Auge Rouse Jackson; her husband Elkhart Moehrig Jr. (Moe); her grandparents, Albert and May Auge of San Antonio; her stepfather Stuart Jackson; her son James Moehrig (Diane Moehrig Hartl); and her sister-in-law Charlene Forster.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Scott (Diana) and Jeffrey (Naomi); her grandchildren, Jamie Hedrick (Chris), Barry Moehrig, Jacob Moehrig (Kaylyn), Jenny Green (Clay), Bradley Moehrig (Kim), Jeffrey Moehrig (Sarah) and Marley O'Donnell (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Chris, Kendall Hedrick, Kade, Kallen, Karter Moehrig, Luke, Andrew Green, Chloe, Brody Moehrig, Wyatt, Evie Moehrig and Walker O'Donnell; and her brother Charles Rouse (Sandra).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Chapel (212 E Main St, Yorktown, TX 78164). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (234 N Gohmert St, Yorktown, TX 78164). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery South Nau (234 N Gohmert St, Yorktown, TX 78164).
