He was predeceased by: his father Jesus Carrillo; and his brother Jose Angel Carrillo. He is survived by: his mother Angela Carrillo; his stepfather Bonifacio Garcia; his children, Stephany Carrillo, Gerardo Carrillo and Alberto Carrillo; and his siblings, Jesus Carrillo Jr. (Maria), Josefina Cisneros (Manuel Maldonado), Gerardo Carrillo (Martha), Ruben Carrillo, Reynaldo Carrillo (Ana Sylvia) and Ana Laura Cordova (Ruben). He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
