He is survived by: his close friend Anabel Salazar; his children, Martin Perez (Zahra), Kathleen Garcia (Rogelio Buruato, III), Karina Chapa (Juan), Elizabeth Chavez (Julian), Adyadeth Vela (Tarzan) and Kristabell Salazar; his grandchildren, Zainab, Asif, Talha, Muhamad, Zakiya, Nusaybah Perez and Idalynna Buruato; and his siblings, Jesus Perez (Felipa), Manuel Perez, Miguel Perez (Mage) and Nicky Delgado (Luis). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
