He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Guzman; his children, Jorge L. Prezaz Jr. (Johnny E. Prezaz) and Sylvia A. Chavez (Luis); and his siblings, Bobby Lopez, Cora Hargrave (Larry) and Dora Maricle. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
