He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Mae (Hurt) and Herman Sloan; and his son Tony Sloan, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Sloan; his daughter Kim Sloan; his stepchildren, Rob Hengemihle (Stacy) and Malissa Urcelay (Hector); and his grandchildren, Andrea Perez (Joel), Kristin James (Matthew), Tony "Bubba" Sloan, Jr. and Lacey Batinjani. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
