He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Herrera and Faustina Jaramillo Herrera; his sisters, Teresa Henderson and Elaine Steward; and his siblings-in-law, Orlando Pineda, Esequias Laforett and Gloria Herrera.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Marie Herrera; his children, Angela Frampton, Lisa Sibert and Mark Herrera; and his siblings, Alfredo Herrera (Linda), Jennie Calderon (Antonio), Frances LaForett, Erma Pineda and Lillian Norton (Lawrence). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
