She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Samuel Smith and Ivon Adams; her husband Dolphy Jolley; her son Ronald Jolley; her siblings, JoAnn Iverson, Carma Beck and Maxine Smith; and her son-in-law Jim Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Jolley (Sue), Scott Jolley (Linda), Teresa Smith and CIndy Fitzgerald (Kevin); and her siblings, Kathryn Holmstead, Linda Manning, Max Smith, Judy Harward and Vickie Jensen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
