She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lewis and Margaret Lewis; her brother Tom; and her husband Wayne. She is survived by: her siblings, Claudia and Gary; and her daughters, Michelle McKell (Mac) of American Fork, UT, ReNee Clark (John) of Torrey, UT and Kathryn Kirsi (Jorma) of American Fork, UT.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
