He is survived by: his children, Crystal Petrovich (Jed), Eileen Fackrell, Deanna Wirtz (Jeff), Michael Birdsall, Debra Miller, Matthew Birdsall (Kim), Melinda Birdsall and Alexandra Birdsall.
