With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Barney (American Fork, Utah), born in Sandy, Utah, who passed away on March 19, 2020 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Rhett Barney and Jennifer Barney; her siblings, Brandon Moncur (Jamie), Brenna Moncur, Breckann Foster (Stuart), BreeAnn Stobbe (Derek) and Autumn Barney (Kaden Carli); and her grandparents, Merrill and Melinda Barney. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
