He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his children, William (Charilla), Jolene (Bob), Michael (Stacie), Rebecca (Danilo), Lewis and Douglas (Sherrie); his brother Gerald Lewis; and his pets, Mouse and Minette. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
