He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Melvin. He is survived by: his former wife Frances Forscutt; his spouse Dorothy Van Vleet; his siblings, Ralph Harthshorn (Carla) of Boise, ID and Wanda Holt of South Jordan, UT; his children, Sylvia Baker and Cliff Hartshorn of Syracuse, UT; and his stepchildren, Lynn Anthony (Vern) of Washington, UT, Susan Benson (Jim), Steve Van Vleet (Jill) of Canyon Lake, TX, Marsha Jennings (Kevin) of Long Beach, CA and Kelly Clark. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
