She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph "Rusty" and Hilma Griffin; her siblings, Jean (Gene), Melvin, Clyde, Harold, James, Louise and Dee; and her grandchildren, Austin and Whitney.

She is survived by: her spouse Gene Collett Merrill; her child Robert Merrill; her brother Dean; her children, Bob (Lisa) and Colleen; her grandson Jake (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Ace, Gavin and Titan.
