She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Ann Church and Parley Ipson; her spouse Rex J Wilson; and her children, Rex Wayne (Cecilia), Thomas Boyd (TediAnn) and Cindy Jane.
In lieu of flowers Lena suggested a donation to Primary Children's Hospital, the LDS Missionary fund or a charity of your choice.
