He is survived by: his children, Linda (Clark Day), Neldon Kitchen, Deana (Dean Gunther), RaNae Moore, Nyle Kitchen, Dale Kitchen (Laura), Dean Kitchen (Shiree), Gerald Kitchen (Cami) and Laurie Knight; and his brother Weldon Kitchen (Donna). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, 1 great, great-grandson.
