He was predeceased by: his parents, Wintle A. Bingham and Lavell Jones Bingham; his wife Marian Lynetta Kunz; and his daughter Lisa Kae Bingham. He is survived by: his children, Lynn (Terry Bingham), LuAnne (Scott Banks), Allen (Corina Bingham), Scott (Robyn Bingham) and Amy (Scott Jensen); and his sisters, Beverly Truman, Chlodene Bingham and Carolyn Bingham of Blackfoot, ID.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
