Valoy F. Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 85, Valoy F. Smith (American Fork, Utah), born in Mount Pleasant, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frandsen and Clara Opal Kelsey Frandsen; her brothers, Elvin Frandsen and Leon Frandsen; and her husband Milton E. 'Mitt Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Caren Frandsen Dixon; her sibling's children, Terri Ballstaedt (Rock), Randall Smith (Beverly), Ruth Steed (Craig), Lori Wagner (Wesley), Scot Smith, Rebecca Hockersmith (Kevin), Mark Smith and Melissa Shimanek (Joseph); and her great great grandchildren, Joint, Valoy and Mitt. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 81 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, attendance will be limited to immediate family members.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions to Humanitarian Aid of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
