He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph Brode Sr. and Marcella Klemmer; and his brother Steve Brode. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Bond Brode; his children, Ralph Douglas Brode (Hollie) and Heather Lee Penrod (Derk); his grandchildren, Hunter Boy Westwood, Bronson William Brode and Brianne Marie Brode; and his brother Tim Brode. He is also survived by His friends were friends for life – he remained friends with a favorite Marine buddy, his friends.
