He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bob and Jess; his stepfather Eugene; and his half-siblings, Pat and Dale.
He is survived by: his former wife Stella Jean Prettyman; his children, Phillip Wade, Ernest Eugene (Bud), Jennifer, Bud and Suzanne; his brothers, John Damron (Judy), Jerry Damron (Janet) and Karl Damron; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he all loved; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
