He was predeceased by : his father Keith Edward Lowham. He is survived by : his mother Marlys Joan Richards; his wife Mindy; and his siblings, Brian LaTour West (Debra), Brad LaTour (Rebeka), Amy (Roger) and Wendy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
