He is survived by : his wife Theresa Werch; his daughter Crystal Slater (Mark); his granddaughter Althea (Derrick); his great grandchild Carver; his granddaughter Cassidy; his daughter Heather Blum (Guy); his grandson Justin; and his sister Wendie Scheuermann.
