She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Nielsen and Pearl Spainhower Nielsen; her daughter Shanna Winkel; her stepdaughter Paulette Nordella; her siblings, Verdell Johnson, Ruby Tippette, Vera Cox, Leah Anderson, Belva Heyborne, Deon Nielsen, Max Nielsen, Lynn Nielsen and Oral Nielsen; and her son-in-law Mike Terrell.
She is survived by: her former husband Phil Nielsen; her children, Jackie Terrell of Niceville, Florida and Dennis Nielsen (Shauna) of Lost Creek; and her stepchildren, Joann Beck (Gene) of Richfield, Linda Vincent (Al) of West Jordan, Kenneth Ball (Stephanie) of Redmond and Ronald Ball (Gayle) of Gunnison. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
