He is survived by: his children, Heaton Douglas Lane and Peri Elizabeth Lane; his siblings, Michelle Barker (Corin), Michael Dean Lane, Larry Azcuenaga (Jen), DeeJ Azcuenaga and Cody Call; and his stepmother Jeune Lane.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Centerville Canyon Ward (260 E 200 S, Centerville, UT 84014). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
