She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Tenderholt; and her son Jay. She is survived by: her children, Russell (Susie), Julie (Steve Spencer), Bradley (Julie) and Neal (Sherrie); and her sister Heather. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers; donations may be made to the church for a memorial garden in Kathleen's name.
