We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2019, at the age of 95, Melvin Oscarson (Clearfield, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Harry Theodore Oscarson and Ruth Vivian Tucker; his wife Mary Edna Hancock Oscarson; his sister Donna Thomas; and his son Bill. He was also cherished by children from his prior marriages are Raymond (Beverly) Oscarson of Springfield, MO; Barbara Peterson of West Valley City; Robin (Leslie) Oscarson of Sacramento, CA; Lynn (Sheri) Oscarson of Salt Lake City; Richard Oscarson of Salt Lake City, UT; Lisa (Steve) Sharples of Kearns, UT; and Brent Oscarson of Salt Lake City, UT; 27 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
