With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Manning (Clearfield, Utah), who passed away on July 24, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Sizemore and LeRoy G. Manning of Clearfield; and his great grandchild Levi Higley. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Manning (Littleford); his children, Nanette McFarland (Roger), Tammy Higley (Kevin) and Greg Manning (Tammy); and his sister Ruth Stauffer (Melvin). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
