He is survived by: his wife Sally Van Wagoner; his siblings, David, Dale (Collette), Greg, Helen and Judy; and his sisters-in-law, Geri, Peggy, Kathy and Bobbie. He is also survived by daughters, 17 Grandchildren and 31 Great Grandchildren.
