He is survived by: his children, Carl Glain Sherman (Shorty) and Jolene Ekstrom; and his grandchildren, Michael Ekstrom (Mandy), Brian Ekstrom (Lesa), Lisa Preece (Josh), Joey Sherman (Kate), Carl Jr. Sherman (Brande) and Misty Taylor (Dustin). He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
