He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Otis and Mamie Robbins Blanchard; and his wife Nadine. He is survived by: his grandparents, Heber J. Heiner and Theresa Heiner; his children, Douglas J. Blanchard, Shanna Udink (Mark) of Clinton and Judy Fowers (Robert) of Roy; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
