He is survived by : his spouse Brenda Bracken; his former life partner Brenda Bracken of St. George; his children, Windy Foremaster Sullivan (Craig) of Central, Steven Lang Foremaster (Michelle) of Las Vegas, Lynnette Foremaster Quilter (Ronnie) of St. George and Justin Phillip Foremaster of Delray Beach; and his siblings, Mary Alice Gates (Don) of Santa Clara, Marilyn Randall (Reed), Carolyn Weber (Darrell) of Orem and Howard of Washington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
