She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Smith Fullmer and Julia Mae Peterson Fullmer; her husband Roger; her children, Deborah Davis (Jim), Reggie Bliss (Stephannie) and Oren Bliss (Wendy); and her stepmother Bertha Tucker. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
