He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Oraian and Anna Wilcox Billings; and his siblings, Geraldine Carter (Ellis), Lucile Western (Grant), Cecil Billings (Kathryn), Howard, George Billings and Blanche Mathews (Kay).

He is survived by : his wife Joye; his children, Tonya, Zachary, Benjamin, Raquel, Joshua, MaryAnna, Seth, Adam and Rebekah; and his siblings, Arlene Billings, Wanda, Fenton Billings (Jackie) and Bryce Billings (Marylyn). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
