He was predeceased by: his father Glen Mayberry; his brother Marty Mayberry; and his brother-in-law Casey Osmonovich. He is survived by: his mother Dorthy Mayberry; his wife Kerena Mayberry; his children, Nick Cooper (Alie), Miranda Cooper, Alex Keene and Danielle Hardy; his grandchildren, Kolter and Brantley Cooper; and his siblings, Mike Mayberry and Marcee Osmonovich.
