He was predeceased by : his parents, Ross Pascal Cutler and Carma Charlesworth Cutler. He is survived by : his wife Betty Jackson Cutler; his children, Gary Cutler (Laura) of Littleton Colorado and Karla Rouska (Eric) of Ephraim Utah; his grandchildren, Colten Rouska (Tashani), Gavin Rouska and Regan Paiva (Leo); his great grandchild Ryland Rouska; and his sister Yvonne Carter (Jonnie).
