He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tumia and Gail Tumia; his uncle Tom; and his cousin Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Winkelkotter; his close friend Marjorie; his pets, Max, Bella, Millie Bug and Archie; his siblings, Danny (Carol), Debbie (Jim) and Cheryl; his aunt Karen; his family Kevin; and also, Jared, Jessica (Jason), Kaylee (J. T.), Sabrina (Dallin), Creighton, Alexis, Alyssa, Desstani, Lacey, Paisley, Maizie, Allen and JJ.

Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russon Mortuary & Crematory - Farmington (1941 N Main St, Farmington, UT 84025). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In 2021, Kevin and his family's lives drastically changed when he contracted Covid-19.

“I remember meeting skinny little, high energy, always curious for knowledge seven year old Kevin when my best friend, his way older brother Danny, brought me home to meet his family. Kevin made me laugh even way back then. He was quick witted, smart as a whip and he always had a story to tell. Getting to see Kevin numerous times as we got older was always something I looked forward to. All the same qualities, many repeats of the same stories and silly jokes, but I loved the visits. ❤🙏😢”
