He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Charlene Smith. He is survived by: his son Zack Willis-Salt; his wife LaceyMay Smith; his sons, Sawyer, Casper and Fisher; and his brother Samuel Smith. He is also survived by nine brother in-laws and ten sister in-laws and 35 nieces and nephews.
