He is survived by: his daughter LaWanna Haslem; his wife Valorie Haslem; his daughters, LaDonna Haslem and LaWanna Faircloth; his stepchildren, Louise Martin, Cheree Karren, Krystal Fabrizo, Hanna, Suzy Bagshaw, Steve Stanton and Sandy Bowden; and his brother William J "Bill" Haslem. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
