He was predeceased by: his father Ray; and his siblings, Anne, Paul and Lance. He is survived by: his mother Jackie; his wife Carolee; his sisters, Nancy Hansen (Scott) and Louise Spencer (Phil); and his children, Laura Lively (Eric), Matthew Mortenson (Angie) and Micah Mortenson (Melissa).
