He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Curtis Smith and Ethel Smith; his wife Hildegard Adler; his former life partner JoAnn O'Farrell; his siblings, Ross, Colleen and Maureen; his daughters, Monica, Diana and Kay; his stepdaughters, Susan and Kathy; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Erin, Makayla, Alex, Riley and Channing. He was also cherished by 6 great grandsons and 3 great granddaughters.
