He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilba Greene and Clarence Farnes Mitchell; and his siblings, Cleo and Reuel Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Lita Mitchell; his sister Kathy Goebel; and his children, Todd Mitchell, Mindy Cavanaugh, Stacey Massong, Tyler Mitchell, Ann Busch and Tracy Mitchell. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
