She is survived by: her daughters, Jimelle Rinehart, Susan Davidson (Mike) and Joanie Rinehart; her parents, LeRoy Alvin and Wayne Marx; her husbands, Leon Eben Powell and James Franklin Rinehart; her siblings, Floyd Marx, Jay Marx, Clyde Marx, Kenneth Marx, Blain Marx, Verdell Marx, Earl Marx, Lucile Marx and Ada Oakden; her children, Donald Eben Powell (Sandra), JoAnn Ruggeri (James), Debra Lynn Curtis (Mitchum), Jerry Douglas Powell (Lainie) and Jaylene Heino (Robert); and her sister Pauline Shorts (Murray).
Shirley Maxine Marx Powell Rinehart, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, after a long and difficult battle with Alzheimer's disease.
