He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rudolph and Rachel Alberta Heward Balmforth; and his son Steven Glenn Balmforth, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Sheree Zitting; his wife Alena Balmforth; and his children, Lee Balmforth (Cindy), Troy Balmforth, Donna Drown (Steve), Lezlee Krueger, Brandon Balmforth (Meredith) and Aaron Brown (Antonia). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and his 12 great grandchildren.
