He was loved and cherished by many people including : his great-grandparent Dennis Vern McNeely; his parents, Izora Merritt and James Robert McNeely; his wife Leamaree Ashby; and his children, Melaine Crouch (Curtis), Troy McNeely (Janna), Cristy McNeely and Shawn McNeely (Tammy). He was also cherished by 17 grandkids.
