He is survived by : his friend David Lee; his spouse Nikie Jensen; his daughters, Davie Elaine, Allison Joyce, Alexis Alayne and Allie Jo (Wade Hollerman); his siblings, Elven Ray, Susan Sitterud (Gary), Clark (Holly), Carla Anderson and Corrine Wilson (Bruce); and his siblings-in-law, Wade Jensen (Cassie), Jodi Sitterud (Carl), Jamie Howa (Phillip), Tiffni Monahan (Daniel) and Misti Bagley (Shawn).
