She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Dell Coulter and Ann Marie Coulter (Hood); her husband Denver Rathbun; and her sisters, Mary Shilleen Coulter Southam and Virgina Ann Coulter Schoonmaker.
She is survived by: her former husband Danny Leroy Arends; her children, Dennis Michele Arends (Jolene), William Troy Arends (Flora), Shelley Arends Samsel (Steve), Fredrick Lewis Choate (Rayanne) and Shawna Rae Choate Rodriguez (Chico); her partner's children, Dennis Rathbun (Kathy), Terry Rathbun (Meredith), Richard Rathbun and Jeff Rathbun (Marissa); her sister Lamay Coulter Southam; her son Fred; and her stepchildren, Denny, Terry, Richard and Jeff. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
