It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fran Ballard formerly of Hurricane, Utah, born in Cedar City, Utah, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Tim Ballard; and her brother Steven. She is survived by: her mother Monta Bradshaw Ballard; her pets, Yorkshire and Breezy; and her siblings, Tracy Zabriskie (Mark) of Corvallis, OR and Brad Ballard (Lee Melchor) of Virgin, UT. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
