He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Dougas Garner and Alice Rose Zollinger Garner; his wife Sandra Wilnean Snyder; his children, Dawn, Kay, Jessica, Jennifer, Gretchen, Johnny, Rachel, Joseph and Jacob Douglas Garner; his great grandchild Abi Rose Jackman; and his son-in-law Troy Maxwell. He was also cherished by 9 children, 32 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
