He is survived by: his wife Christine Dofelmire; his stepsons, Michael Dofelmire (Tiffaney), Mark Dofelmire (Brandy), Matthew Dofelmire and Mason Dofelmire (Crystal); and his siblings, Maxi Abernathy, Maryjane Denter (Chuck), Kathy Bundy (Brad), Richard Hale and Mickey Hale.
