He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Lanners and Angela Bartsher; his daughter Abby Marie Lanners; and his brother-in-law Jerry Feldhaus. He is survived by: his former wife Jane Whitney; his wife Patty Kay Neal; his sons, Nicholas Patrick (Emma), Daniel Joseph and DJ; and his sisters, Betty Feldhaus (Jerry), Bonnie Saxton (Donielle), Pat Bonacker (Dave) and Linda Marquardt (Bob Lund).
